WHAT IS KTX.PH?
It’s a ticketing platform and your ultimate key to various Live events, where in a click of a button, it grants exclusive access to the total Kapamilya Live Audience Experience.
KTX.PH is a leading digital platform that provides communal entertainment through appointed enjoyment of live events.
WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE FOR AN EVENT?
Please check back on KTX.PH. Register to KTX.PH to receive promotional notifications and information on availability of tickets. If an event is sold out, you may register your email address on the waitlist on the event details page so you can be notified when tickets go back on sale. Registering on the waitlist does not guarantee that tickets will go back on sale.
HOW DO I GET MY SHOW OR EVENT LISTED ON KTX.PH?
Kindly contact ask@ktx.ph if you wish to have your show or event listed on KTX.PH. A KTX.PH representative will get in touch with you.
HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
KTX.PH Staging use a DigiCert certified 256-bit Secure Socket Layering and we use iPay88 to process your payments and to keep your details safe. We do not store your card details after the transaction is complete.

WHY CAN’T I BOOK TICKETS?
Your account may be blocked from booking tickets because of the following reasons:
a.) You have booked the maximum number of tickets per day
b.) You have booked the total maximum number of tickets for your desired event
c.) Your account is banned from booking any ticket due to non-attendance from a previously booked event.
MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED FROM BOOKING TICKETS. HOW CAN I REQUEST TO HAVE THE BAN LIFTED?
Kindly send a letter of request to ask@ktx.ph. A KTX.PH representative will get in touch with you to look into your request.
TICKETS
WHAT IS AN E-TICKET?
An E-Ticket is a ticket electronically delivered via email and saved in My Orders on KTX.PH once logged in. All Tickets booked on KTX.PH are e-tickets as they are conveniently accessible and paperless. You will need to take your Ticket along with ID to gain entry to an event by downloading your e-ticket and either saving it on your smartphone or print it, if you must, where the booking reference and barcodes are visible and readable.
You may also be required, if requested by the event promoter, to present the credit, debit, or prepaid card that was used in the transaction.
We recommend saving the e-ticket in a medium to high-range smartphones with higher screen resolutions or printing in full using high-quality printers to avoid any admission issues. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising if you are not able to present your e-ticket.

CAN I REQUEST FOR A PRINTED TICKET?
KTX.PH does not offer printed tickets. All Tickets booked on KTX.PH are e-tickets as they are conveniently accessible and paperless. Tickets are printer-friendly. If you wish to print them, we recommend printing in full using high-quality printers to avoid any admission issues. Please ensure the booking reference and barcodes are visible and readable.
I WANT TO RE-PRINT MY TICKET/MY TICKET HASN'T PRINTED PROPERLY/I'VE TORN MY TICKET.
If you want to re-print your ticket, you can access them by clicking “My Orders”. Whether you are printing or saving your tickets on a smartphone, please ensure both barcodes are visible and readable.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY FOR A REGULAR SHOW/EVENT?
The limit for ticket purchases for a single event varies. The order limit will be shown in the dropdown when selecting your ticket quantity. Ticket limits may change without prior notice if the event is anticipated to have higher than normal demand to prevent hoarding or scalping.
Your account will be unable to book tickets if you have reached the maximum number of orders you can purchase per day or for your selected event. We encourage you to have your companion create an account under her name and contact details if you need to buy more tickets.

DO YOU HAVE A CUT-OFF TIME FOR OVER-THE-COUNTER PAYMENTS TO BE ACCEPTED?
Yes. Please make sure to complete your over-the-counter payment within 24 hours after successfully selecting a payment method and within operating hours of your preferred over-the-counter payment channel (e.g. banking hours for over-the-counter bank payments). Otherwise, your ticket will be automatically forfeited. Please refrain from choosing over-the-counter payment channels for events happening within the next 24 hours.
DO YOU HAVE A CUT-OFF TIME FOR ONLINE BANKING PAYMENTS TO BE ACCEPTED?
Please make sure to complete your online banking payment within 1 hour after checkout. Otherwise, your ticket will be forfeited.
HOW TO PAY OVER-THE-COUNTER VIA DRAGONPAY?
Step 1: Upon checkout, select Offline Payment in the payment options on the iPay88 page.
Step 2: Select whether you prefer to pay via bank or non-bank.
Step 3: Select from the source your preferred bank or other payment channel (non-bank). You will see a dropdown list of all our partner banks and other payment channels where you can deposit your payment.
Step 4: After selecting your preferred bank or other payment channel (non-bank), you will be asked to provide your email address where payment instructions will be sent to.
Step 5: Keep your payment instructions by saving them in your phone or printing them. Make the reference number visible.
Step 6: Visit the nearest branch of your preferred bank or payment center to deposit your payment.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TICKETS BUT MY PAYMENT PUSHED THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For Online Banking payments, make sure to click the Step 2 of DragonPay’s email on how to VALIDATE your payment in order to receive your tickets from KTX.PH.
HOW TO PAY USING CREDIT CARD VIA DRAGONPAY?
Step 1: Upon checkout, select Online Payment in the payment options on the iPay88 page.
Step 2: Select whether you prefer to pay via DragonPay
Step 3: Select from the source of your preferred bank. You will see a dropdown list of all our partner banks.
Step 4: After selecting your preferred bank, you will be asked to provide your email address where payment instructions will be sent to.
Step 5: When online payment is completed, make sure to follow the instructions stated in Step 2 of DragonPay’s email on how to VALIDATE your payment.
Step 6: Once done with the validation step, you will receive an email confirmation from KTX.PH.
HOW TO PAY USING ONLINE BANKING VIA BANCNET?
Step 1: Upon checkout, select Online Payment in the payment options on the iPay88 page.
Step 2: Under Online banking, select Bancnet and click "Proceed" button.
Step 3: Select from the source of your preferred bank. You will see a dropdown list of all our partner banks.
Step 4: Enter account number, member number, account type, and PIN.
Step 5. Once done, click "Pay" button.
Step 6: BancNet system will process your payment real-time.
Step 7: Once completed, confirmation details will be displayed.
Step 8: Click "Continue" button to return to KTX.PH website or wait for 10 seconds to be redirected automatically.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TICKETS BUT MY PAYMENT PUSHED THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For Online Banking payments, make sure to click the Step 2 of DragonPay’s email on how to VALIDATE your payment in order to receive your tickets from KTX.PH.
You may also check " MY ORDER" tab in KTX.PH site once you are logged in, to validate if order is successful,you will see the GO STREAM link of your ticket.
HOW WILL I PAY USING GCASH/ Grab pay?
Step 1: Upon checkout, select e-wallet – Gcash logo in the payment options on the iPay88 page
Step 2: User will be prompted to enter 11 digit mobile number (eg. 0917xxxxxxx)
Step 3: Upon clicking the proceed button, user will receive a confirmation message from Globe regarding his/her transaction
Step 4: User will be prompted to key-in MPIN for GCASH/ Grab pay
Step 5: Once user replies with correct MPIN, a text message confirmation with amount, date, time, and reference number will be sent to his/her mobile number confirming of the transaction made.
Step 6: User will receive an email from ipay88 regarding the details of payment
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR MY PAYMENTS?
Credit, debit card and GCASH payments will be processed in real-time.
Online banking and over-the-counter (OTC) payments via bank will be processed within minutes.
Most over-the-counter non-bank payment options are processed the following day of your payment.
You will receive a confirmation email from KTX.PH and iPay88 once your payment has been successfully processed.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?
For credit card and debit card, you will receive an email from iPay88.
For online banking and over-the-counter payments, you will receive an email from iPay88 as well as DragonPay confirming your payment.
For GCash, you will received an SMS confirmation that amount is deducted from your GCASH wallet from 2882 and an email confirmation from ipay88
Once your payment has been received, your ticket will be automatically emailed to you.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CERTAIN PAYMENT CHANNELS?
Some payment channels for online banking and over-the-counter bank deposits may charge service fees on top of your KTX.PH payments. You will be see a message upon payment regarding the additional amount you need to pay.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT IS INCOMPLETE FOR OVER-THE-COUNTER PAYMENTS?
You will not be issued a ticket until you complete your payment. Please make sure to pay the full amount within the deadline (1 hour for online banking and 24 hours for offline payments).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I OVERPAID FOR MY TICKETS?
The event promoter will not refund your payment if you paid an excess amount.
If you have different reference numbers for different transactions, please pay them separately. Do not lump them under one transaction. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue your tickets for the other transactions.
Please make sure to pay the correct amount as indicated in the payment instructions sent by DragonPay to your email. If you encountered any problem, please send us an email ask@ktx.ph
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TICKETS BUT MY PURCHASE PUSHED THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Kindly email us through ask@ktx.ph so we can assist you with your concern. Please prepare your proof of payment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PAY WITHIN THE DEADLINE FOR ONLINE BANKING AND OFFLINE PAYMENTS?
Your order will be automatically cancelled and your tickets will be forfeited. Please make sure to complete your payment within 1 hour for online banking and within 24 hours for over-the-counter payments. We will not be able to reserve your tickets again if you fail to pay within the deadline. If you encountered any problem, please contact email us through feedback@abs-cbn.com immediately.
WILL I BE ABLE TO PAY DURING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS?
Operating hours for banks and non-bank payment channels vary. You may get in touch with your nominated bank or non-bank payment channels regarding their weekend and holiday operations. For credit cards and GCASH, you may pay anytime 24/7.
HOW DO I GET AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT?
Official receipts will be issued within 24hours via email after purchase, you will receive an e-receipt.
WHO SETS THE TICKET PRICES OF EVENTS ON KTX.PH?
Ticket prices are set by the event promoters, and KTX.PH has no control over ticket prices. The prices displayed also include local taxes.
WHAT IS A HANDLING FEE?
Tickets purchased through KTX.PH may be subject to non-refundable handling FEE per ticket to cover the costs of running the site. E-Tickets do not incur any additional charges other than any applicable handling charge. What you see at checkout is what you pay. There are no hidden costs apart from the ticket price, handling charge.
MY CARD/ONLINE BANKING TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED/UNSUCCESSFUL.
Please ensure your payment details were entered correctly. If you are still encountering problems, please contact your bank or card issuer.
If you are unable to pay by card or online banking, you can also pay through our other available payment options.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
KTX.PH's standard policy is that we are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled. If you’ve missed your event (including admission cut-off times outlined in the event terms), we cannot refund your order.
This is outlined in our terms and conditions during purchase and is an industry-wide standard. Please ensure during your purchase that you are buying the correct number of tickets for the correct event.
